Maxing villager skills and engaging in village wide eugenics? This is a min/max approach to an heir though, because I'm counting on maxing my own survival, craft, diplomacy and fairly high hunting by then. Other than hunting, which is active skill for player. Which would nix most remaining grind if you ever played long enough to play the heir. S/b heir of craft 7, diplomacy 5, survival 6, farm 5 extract 4, hunt 5. Which works well with wanting them busy, since crafting seems to train slower than farming. They can quickly be in continuous production. I don't want her hunting primary or at least only secondary since won't put her in that hut. I preferred crafting followed by hunt with diplomacy for heir as secondary.
